It has a bedroom with a double, 1.50m x 2.00m, bed, a second bedroom with two single, 1.00m x 2.00m, beds, while the sofa in the living room can be converted to a double, 1.50m x 2.00m, bed. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for the preparation of light meals, while its table can also be used as a desktop. The combination of living, cooking and sleeping spaces fashions a homely ambience. The flat has two bathrooms, both with showers. Each bathroom is accessible via a small step. Air condition units cater for the heating and cooling of the flat, while its floors are paved in tiles. The flat comes equipped with smart TV, iron, hairdryer and Wi-Fi access is free of charge for our guests. Bathroom condiments are offered gratis to our guests. There is a washing machine in the flat and guests are welcomed to use the communal tumble dryer in the mezzanine of the building. There is also a spacious balcony with chairs and a table, ideal for smokers, since all interior areas of the flat are smoking free.
